How does Cash on Delivery work?+
Place your order through the form. We WhatsApp you within 15 minutes to confirm your address and arrange the R100 delivery fee upfront. Once that's sorted, your bob is dispatched and you pay the R1,690 balance with Yoco once it arrives.
Why do I pay R100 upfront?+
The delivery fee locks in your slot and prevents fake orders. It's non-refundable and covers dispatch. The wig itself is paid for with Yoco on arrival.
Which areas in Cape Town do you deliver to?+
City Bowl, Sea Point, Camps Bay, Southern Suburbs, Century City, Milnerton, Northern Suburbs, Table View, and Blouberg. Same-day in most areas if you order before 1pm.
Can I inspect the wig before paying?+
Yes. Open the package while the courier waits, check the lace, density and cut, then pay with Yoco. If it's not what you expected you don't pay — but you do forfeit the R100 delivery fee.
Do you ship outside Cape Town?+
Not on Cash on Delivery — only inside Cape Town and surrounds. If you're outside, WhatsApp us and we'll arrange a paid courier option.
